Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, but the rooms can feel a bit damp at times. The breakfast remains consistently the same for three days, which could use more variety. On the bright side, the hotel is well-kept and tidy.
The hotel had very clean rooms and comfortable beds, and the photos matched the reality. The breakfast remained the same for three days which was a downside. The staff were delayed due to seeming to deal with other matters, but were generally friendly and helpful, especially Mr Etem. The location was convenient, not too far from the metro, and close to historic sites. The dining experience lacked variety and food choice was limited, ending early at 10 am. Facilities were basic.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms looked much better in the photos and were really quiet and comfortable, but the extremely poor internet was a major downside. The service was a bit rough with not much friendliness, though they did help with shuttle arrangements. The location was quite convenient for exploring the city, just a short walk from Hagia Sophia. The dining experience showed promise but needed improvement. Overall, a decent option for the price with some notable drawbacks.
